Everything on our website is in stock and ready to ship. We aim to dispatch orders the same working day when ordered before midday. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Special Delivery so it should be with you within 1-2 working days of placing your order.

Every item is covered by our 2-year guarantee. If something happens, we will repair or replace your item within this period free of charge. Please note that the guarantee only covers normal wear and tear and doesn't cover breakage due to loss or misuse.

Yes. Solid gold and silver don't mind water, so showers, sweat and the sea are all fine. We just don't recommend wearing our pieces in chlorine, so take them out before a pool or hot tub. You can read more about wearing jewellery in chlorine in our blog.

With proper care, our pieces are made to last a lifetime. Because they're crafted from solid precious metals all the way through, the colour won't fade or wear off like plating does. The one thing worth checking now and then is your clasps, as they're the part most likely to need a small adjustment after years of daily wear. The beauty of solid precious metals is that they can be endlessly polished and cleaned to bring back their shine. 9ct gold barely tarnishes. Solid silver can dull over time, depending on your skin and what it comes into contact with, but it isn't a fault. You can use the pouch included in your order, as that doubles as a polishing cloth. If you need something a little stronger to tackle it, there are lots of jewellery cleaning kits on the market.
